Villa Nina is situated in Pula, just few minutes drive from Pula centre, where you will find a selection of restaurants, bars, hipermarkets, green market, shops and nice beaches in area of Verudela. Villa offers a quiet holiday experience for up to 9 persons, situated on a private fenced ground of 500 m2 .

Villa spreads on two floors and consists of connected kitchen, dining and living area, 3 double, 1 twin and 1 single bedroom with en suite shower rooms. The outdoor area includes a private pool with 6 sun lounges and beautiful covered terrace with dining area and barbeque.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
