While you staying in Villa Rossini you can have an interesting and acitive vacation in radius just 20 km from it. It is the ideal choice for a pleasant active and relaxing holiday. We recommend it to guests and families with children who prefer tranquillity rather than the hustle and bustle of big cities. You can enjoy walking, cycling criss-crossed and quiet country lanes. There is a selection of circular routes, of varying lengths, so you can be active. Otherwise you can enjoy lazing by the large pool in a huge garden and soak up the warm Istrian sun, so you can be relax.

 Anyway, it is the ideal choice for a pleasant and relaxing holiday on the Istrian coast at a short distance of the main sightseeing points local in Labin and in Istria. If you are a fan of hiking, there are marked hiking paths from historic Plomin to Labin and from Labin to the highest village of Labin area – Skitača. From here you can enyoj in a beautiful view of whole Kvarner, from islands of Cres and Lošinj all the way to Pula. If you you are fan of cycling, there are 18 cycle routes in Labin area. In this case you can explore and visit many old villages around Ružići. Beside all mentioned you can just enjoy your dinner in nearby agrotourism, which prepare the traditional meals of this area using homegrown farm produce. For example, you will find home-grown meat (semy dry and dry pork, homemade salami, smoked ham, meat bacon (called panceta), home grown poultry (cockerels, chickens), cheeses (cow's cheese, sheep cheese, homemade curd cheese), home grown vegetables (tuberous, leafy, rooty) and homemade pasta (so called frkanci, fuži, njoki, pasutice, tajadele), maize porridge and home- made bread.

How to book?

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
