Istrian Villa Gracia is situated in Oprtalj, picturesque little town in the north western part of Istria, sited on the crest of a hill with spectacular views. Oprtalj is known back from the 12th century as urban residence of the feudal lords. All this area is world known for truffles, tubers of specific taste and smell that are imputed aphrodisiac attributes.

Villa Gracia offers accomodation for 12 people in 6 elegantly setted rooms. The spacious double beds, LCD TV with satellite connection, safety deposit box as well as bathroom with bathtub or shower in each room, will be a guarantee of full comfort. An astonishing wiev of Oprtalj and the surrounding area spreads from each room. Beside the outdoor pool ( 10 X 4m ) and the solarium area, the indoor wellness and fitness area will surely be the ideal to relax and regenerate your body and soul. The finnish sauna, steam bath and whirlpool, as well as the tapis roulant, stepper and bench with weights will offer the best well & fit combination. The marvelous wiev of the surrounding hills stretching from the large windows will fulfill the feeling of relax and quiet. How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
