Villa offers fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 toilet rooms, terrace with grill, and large swimming pool with hydro-massage bench for 2 people and heating possibility; sauna room, small gym, table tennis, table football, darts, billiard / pool table, bikes, tavern with summer kitchen, terrace and garden.
Villa accommodates 12 to 14 guests.

Fully equipped modern kitchen connected with dining area and stylish living room dominates to this part of villa. Living room is furnished with comfortable leader sofa that may easily be used as an extra bed for 2 people.
There is also LCD SAT TV.
Near are 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has TV and air condition unit.
Master bedroom has king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom is with double bed, while the third one is with 2 single / twin beds that may be used both as a double or 2 single beds.
Second and third bedroom have shared bathroom.
There is also one separate toilet room.
Entire villa is air-conditioned, each bedroom has own air condition unit. Wi-Fi Internet access covers entire villa and area around / in front.

Outside:
Near the villa is a tavern. Tavern has summer kitchen / grill, so it is perfect for preparation of some meals or gatherings.
Swimming pool in front of the villa is equipped with Jacuzzi hydro-massage bench for 2 people. There is also possibility of heating - upon request; additionally charged.
Below the swimming pool s a bathroom, fully equipped with shower tub. Near is sauna room suitable for 2 people.
Covered terrace in front is furnished with dining table and chairs. There is outdoor barbecue / grill, ideal for preparation of some meals.
Villa is surrounded by olive grows and provides full privacy and relaxation in pure nature.
There is also children’s playground / children’s slide, gazebo, beautiful lawn, and table tennis.
