Villa terrace offers amazing view at crystal clear sea, porch with dining table and chairs, and beautiful swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas.
Inside, villa consists of kitchen, dining, and living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates 4 to 6 guests.

Inside is fully equipped kitchen and dining area suitable for 6 people. Next is living room with sofa that may be transformed into comfortable extra bed for 2 people, comfy armchairs, equipped with Plasma SAT TV, DVD player, and CD player. This area is opened onto terrace with pool and outdoor dining area.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with king size double bed, and one with 2 separated, twin beds, and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Villa is air conditioned, has free Wi-Fi Internet access, panic lights, and smoke detector.

Outside:
In front of villa is sea view terrace with seating furniture. There is covered part with dining table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining and gathering. Swimming pool offers full relaxation and amazing sea view, with sun beds and umbrellas around.
Beach is right below the villa, while nearest pebble beach and restaurant are 50 meters distanced from villa.
Villa offers private parking space at the property.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 200,00 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
PLEASE NOTE: Owner temporarily stays at the property (at the floor above this villa). Floors have separated entrances, so guests have full privacy during the stay, regardless owner's stay in other part of villa.
Villa is rented on a weekly basis; arrival & departure days must be Sunday without exceptions.
