This astonishing villa is situated in Soline (Mlini, Zupa Dubrovacka) only 9 kilometers away from the famous historical and tourist center, Croatian and Adriatic pearl, city of Dubrovnik.

Villa is located in a first row to the sea and beach. In between of the villa and sea is abundant Dalmatian vegetation which is manifested through pine, laurel, olive, and orange trees.

Since swimming pool has heating possibility, this villa is adequate for rents in off season periods.

This luxury villa consists of 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms, 4 double bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
This 3 floors villa concept is also ideal if you have stuff (maid, cook…) that may spend their time off independently using separated kitchen, dining and living rooms.

This luxury holiday villa consists of 3 floors. Total surface of living area is 350 square meters and 1.200 square meters of garden and pool area. More than few covered terraces and long established Dalmatian limestone facade on this villa gives her particular charm. This villa is built to provide you with peace and privacy whether you just resting in the garden, enjoy in swimming pool (50m2) or relax in a Jacuzzi / Whirlpool corner.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor there are big living room, large dining room area, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, dishes, as well as stove, oven, microwave oven, freezer, fridge, dish washer… Bathroom on this floor is equipped with two washing machines and dryer. On the other side of this floor there is an exit / entrance to the winter garden where is one separated room with big stone grill – BBQ (charcoal /wood). All around is partly covered terrace surrounded by beautiful greenery. There is also one gazebo.

First floor:
First floor also consists of big living room with sofa that may be used as an extra bed for 2 persons, fully equipped kitchen with corresponding dining room. Two double bedrooms with king size beds are situated on this floor. One is equipped with SAT TV and audio system, and another with audio system and massage chair. There is also a bathroom with shower. On this floor there are accesses on 2 large, partly covered balconies with sun beds, tables and chairs.

Second floor:
Second floor consists of two large double bedrooms with king size beds, SAT TV and Hi-fi audio system. One of those bedrooms also has its private living room. Both rooms have access to the large balcony equipped with sun beds, table and chairs. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor. One is with the shower, and another one has Jacuzzi Whirlpool bathtub, sauna for 2 people, and shower.

Outside:
The exterior of this astonishing villa is enriched by gorgeous swimming pool with accompanied Whirlpool corner and heating possibility, BBQ area, terrace which is partly covered, beautiful gardens with greenery and Mediterranean plants, terrace furniture such as table and chairs, as well as sun beds in front of the swimming pool.
All in all, this villa has all you need to enjoy and relax while you’re on your holidays.
