BRAC HOLIDAY VILLA WITH POOL MARGARITA

Small Brac village Bobovisca at the sea is a place of an inspiring nature, home of few famous Croatian poets, with only 70 residents thus offering tranquil holidays.
Two pretty good restaurants have found their place in Bobovisca, so all travelers have opportunity to enjoy in Dalmatian traditional specialties.
Beach is distanced only 50 meters from the house.
From the house, you will definitely enjoy splendid sea views and a well-maintained garden of almost 2000 square meters.
Surrounded by various Mediterranean plants, trees, and beautiful scents you will be able to switch off from a busy schedule and accomplish the truly relaxing state of mind and body.

House accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms.

Ground floor:
The ground floor is a separate apartment where owner lives totally alone, and she is very helpful to guests, maintain the garden and the pool but is very discreet and quite.

First floor:
Large open plan kitchen equipped with stove, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, oven and everything else you may need for cooking and serving food.
Dining/living area is equipped with table and four chairs, sofa bed, SAT-TV, air condition, and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
There are also 2 bedrooms; one is with double bed and another with twin bed, as well as one bathroom with shower.

Outside:
Beautiful terrace with an open fireplace and a garden furniture is the perfect place for summer dinners.
Further, at the elevated terrace is a swimming pool with sundecks and from here guests may enjoy wonderful views to the turquoise sea.
Two parking places are offered next to the house, at the private property.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 500, 00 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
