This attractive villa is located in seaside place Splitska in island Brac.
Villa was completely renovated in 2015, and therefore it provides luxury and comfortable accommodation to its guests.
Villa is built of natural materials, and there were mostly used famous traditional Brac stone and other ecological materials, so this villa is certified with A+ category in energy consumption.
Outdoor terrace is surrounded by stone walls which ensure you the completely privacy during the stay; within the walls is beautiful yard with garden full of greenery, various plants, and maintained lawn.
Swimming pool as a central part of outdoor terrace offers amazing view to the sea and there are also sun beds and umbrellas for full relaxation.
There is also covered part with outdoor dining area with table and chairs, as well as traditional stone barbecue.
Balcony at the first floor hides outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub from where you may enjoy gorgeous view at the sea.
Inside, villa consists of 2 parts; main villa and additional apartment which may be used by guests or in cases when villa guests have staff who may be accommodated separately.
In total, villa consists of kitchen with dining and living area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, laundry room, small gym, and one additional toilet.
Villa accommodates 8 to 10 guests.

Ground floor:
At the first floor of this beautiful villa is open plan kitchen fully equipped with all appliances.
Right next is dining area with table and chairs and living room with sofa that may be used as an extra bed for 2 if needed. There is also flat screen SAT TV and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
One separated toilet is also on this floor.

First floor:
Up to the stairs are 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom. 2 bedrooms have double bed and one bedroom is with 2 single / twin beds, which also may be arranged in one double bed if needed.
At this floor is also laundry room with washing machine and gym with some exercise devices.
2 bedrooms have exit to the balcony where is outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub which offers full relaxation enriched with amazing sea view.

Annexed apartment:
Annexed apartment is located at the ground floor of this beautiful villa.
Inside is small kitchen with dining and living area, one bedroom with twin / double bed and bathroom.

Villa is air conditioned and provides free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Entire villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens full of various flowers and plants, maintained lawn, and other kind of greenery.
Central part of the yard is swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas, and there is also outdoor shower.
Covered part of the terrace offers outdoor dining area with large stone table and chairs, perfect for joint meals freshly prepared on traditional stone barbecue / grill which is also there.
Villa and its terrace offer gorgeous sea view in complete privacy and seclusion within the walls.
Distance to the beach is only 150 meters from villa.
Private parking spaces available at the property.

Booking conditions: 

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

The deposit is not refundable. 

If booking is canceled within 8 weeks prior to your arrival date none of your payments will be refunded.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
