Villa Anna is a Dalmatian stone house with a beautiful garden located in a quiet part of Supetar on Brač Island. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area (40 m2), a double bedroom and a bathroom. From the dining area you can enter the covered (40 m2) and uncovered (30 m2) garden terrace nearby the private outdoor pool and garden.  The terraces are equipped with garden furniture and there is a barbecue as well.

The upper floor has 3 double bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms with shower units, a single bedroom and a separate bathroom.

This charming villa can accommodate 9 people comfortably and there is also additional accommodation in two apartments located nearby. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The first Apartment Anna *** (2+2) of 40 m2 comprises a kitchen/ sitting room area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower unit. There is no air conditioning. The outdoor area has a garden with Mediterranean plants, an orchard as well as garden furniture and parking area.  The apartment kitchen includes stove (2 gas burners / 2 electric plates), hood, mini refrigerator, oven, filter coffee machine and microwave oven.

The second Apartment Anna *** (2+2) of 40 m2 has a kitchen/ sitting room area, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit and a balcony. It is equipped with air conditioning. There is also a parking spot. The apartment kitchen includes stove (2 gas burners / 2 electric plates), hood, mini refrigerator with freezer, oven, filter coffee machine and microwave oven.

Booking conditions:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The deposit is not refundable. 
The following cancellation charges apply: 
-more than 35 days prior to villa 50% of total cost 
-34 days and less prior to villa 100% of total cost. 
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
