Amazing stone villa handmade by Island Brac stone-cutter, situated only 30 meters from beautiful pebble beach, with most interesting swimming pool and garden full of Mediterranean plants, offers great holiday oasis for larger families with children. Children may spend whole day in the garden, playing in between plants, in the swimming pool or at the nearby beach.
Villa has 6 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and can be great place for Croatia family reunion.
Divided in 4 apartments - part of the family have their own privacy if they would like.
Each apartment has kitchen, bathroom, 1 or 2 bedrooms, balcony with sitting garniture and shared swimming pool area.
This is great example of Mediterranean building as it once was, adjusted to the needs of modern man.
Villa accommodates up to 14 guests.

Ground floor:
Consisting of 2 apartments. One apartment has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and small balcony with sitting garniture. Other apartment consisting of double bedroom and twin bedroom, kitchen and small balcony with sitting garniture.One apartment's kitchen have dishwasher, while both kitchens are equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Outside of the house, stone stairs leads to second floor..

First floor:
Two separate apartments are on the second floor. One apartment has 2 double bedrooms, kitchen equipped with coffee machine, stove, microwave and refrigerator, dining area and bathroom. This apartment also have balcony with nice sea view. Other apartment has one double bedroom equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
All apartments have SAT TV, free Wi Fi Internet access and air-condition.

Outside:
24 m2 large swimming pools with sun beds, sitting garniture and barbecue are just in front where you will probably spend entire day. Next to the pool there is a children sand box and children house for playing.
Private parking for 6 cars is available next to the villa.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Villa does not accept youth groups.
Damage deposit: 200, 00 € (payable directly to the villa owner / manager upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
