This modernly decorated holiday house is located at the higher point of place Maslinica in Solta island, thus it provides full relaxation and peaceful vacations in privacy.
House is protected from everyday noise and crowd, but at the same time it is close enough to everything. Sea, beach, restaurants, grocery shops, and center of Maslinica where you may find everything you need, are at the walking distance to villa, within 300 meters.
Besides adorable large terrace in front of the house where you will find traditional stone barbecue with covered dining area, as well as swimming pool surrounded with sun beds.
Inside, house consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with shower, all set up on 2 floors.
House accommodates 6 to 7 people.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped and modernly furnished kitchen together with lovely dining area with table and chairs. Right next is living room with sofa that may be used as an extra bed for 1 person, LCD Cable TV, and Hi-fi audio system.
There is also one bathroom with shower tub.

First floor:
First floor consists of 3 bedrooms.
First bedroom is with double bed, LCD TV, and private terrace.
Second bedroom is with double bed and private terrace, while third bedroom is with 2 single / twin beds and provides beautiful view on the sea and Maslinica.
At the first floor is also one bathroom with shower tub and washing machine.

Outside:
In front of this delightful house you will find large area that may be divided into a few parts. Everyone here may find something for him/her self.
There is a garden and large terrace with swimming pool surrounded by sun beds for full relaxation.
Nearby is covered terrace with dining table and traditional stone barbecue perfect for meals or gatherings.
Sea and beautiful beaches are within walking distance from the house, only approximately 300 meters from the house, and in the same distant range you will find center of Maslinica, shops, market, ATM, restaurants, post office, tourist office, and all other attractions and facilities.
