This beautiful holiday house is located in peaceful and secluded area, far away from everyday life, noise, and crowd. As Rogoznica Riviera is far away from any industry, holidays here provide you with true peace enriched with fresh air, crystal clear sea, and greenery which altogether makes perfect Mediterranean atmosphere. Only 10 meters from the house is private beach (concrete plateau) equipped with sun beds, and only 70 meters distanced is beautiful pebble beach, while white sandy beach is 200 meters away. As there only several houses in bay, beaches are not so crowded, so guests may have privacy there as well.

House is situated in a large fenced property enriched with Mediterranean plants in charming gardens. There are terraces with amazing sea view for full relaxation. In front of the house is terrace with traditional stone barbecue / grill and outdoor dining area perfect for alfresco dining or evening gatherings. Inside, house is set up on 2 floors and has 2 fully equipped kitchens with all appliances, dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
House accommodates 6 to 8 guests but it is perfect for accommodation of up to 6 people.

Ground floor

At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dining area, and living room with sofa and LCD SAT TV. There is one bedroom and bathroom with shower at the ground floor as well.

First floor

Up to the stairs is one more kitchen equipped with all appliances so guests here have all needed for careless vacations. Next to the kitchen is dining area with table and chairs comfortable for 6 people. 

Near is charming living area with sofa and armchair, LCD SAT TV, and indoor fireplace. This area is opened onto balcony from where you may enjoy beautiful view and surrounding greenery. There are 2 bedrooms at this floor. One bedroom is with double bed, and other with 2 single / twin beds. As well, there is bathroom with shower and washing machine. Entire house is air conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside

In front of the house is beautiful terrace with amazing sea view, ideal for having fresh prepared meals at stone barbecue enhanced with sea breeze. Whole area around the house is full of small gardens with Mediterranean herbs. Private beach is only 10 meters distanced from the house and it is equipped with sun beds. For guests who would like to enjoy the pebble beach, it is only 70 meters away. Private parking is right next to the property, and it is for house guests only.
