This spacious villa is located in small seaside place Mastrinka in Ciovo Island near Trogir.
Beautiful terrace with pool in front of villa offers amazing sea view, as well as covered outdoor dining area with large table with chairs, and traditional stone barbecue.
Inside, villa consists of 3 parts; 2 one bedroom apartments, and the main part, which is spacious 3 bedroom house.
All 3 parts are rented together as one unit.
In total, villa consists of 2 kitchenettes with small dining areas, large central kitchen in main house, dining area, living room, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and one toilet.
Villa accommodates up to 10 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor of the main house is large fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Kitchen is partly separated from dining and living room area. Dining area with table and chairs, and living room area with sofa, armchairs, and LCD SAT TV, are opened onto outdoor terrace. At this floor is also one toilet.

First floor:
Up to the internal staircases are 3 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds / twin which may be separated or connected. Two bedrooms have sea view balcony with charming table and chairs. There is also one bathroom with shower at this floor.

Second floor:
The apartments are located at the second floor of the villa, and are 2 almost the same studio apartments.
Both apartments have bedroom with double bed and beautiful balcony which offers amazing sea view from above.
Each apartment has small kitchen with dining table, and bathroom with shower.
Both apartments are air conditioned, have LCD SAT TV, and free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Entire villa is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of the villa is spacious terrace with swimming pool surrounded with sun beds. There is also outdoor shower.
From this part guests may truly enjoy in amazing panoramic sea view.
Aside of the terrace is covered part with large dining table and chairs with traditional stone barbecue.
This corner is perfect for joint group meals or evening gatherings.
Whole area around the villa is enriched with beautiful small gardens full of greenery and Mediterranean plants which additionally contribute to the relaxing atmosphere of this amazing place.
Beautiful small pebble beach is only 80 meters distanced from villa.
Private garage for car parking is also available for villa guests.
