There are only a few meters to the turquoise sea and child-friendly pebble beach. Great for swimming and fantastic for snorkeling.
Wide sandy beaches can be found around a radius of only 7km.
By car you can reach the lovely Old Town of Korcula or other idyllic regions on this fascinating island in a few minutes.

Layout of the Villa Korcula 

Each bedroom has a double bed king size 200x180cm with satellite TV, access to terrace or garden and private bathroom with shower / WC.
In the living room two additional guests can sleep on a large and comfortable lounge couch. Dining table and kitchen area round off the living area, which leads directly to the terrace. The spacious covered terrace invites you to dine alfresco, especially in the evening with barbecuing and chilling. On the sun loungers by the pool you can relax and enjoy the sun. The partial sea view makes the soul rest.
Two cars are protected in the carport by the sun. More cars are parked on the private property. The traffic-calmed situation and the fenced property ensure the safety of the children.
The hot water is treated sustainably by means of sufficient solar surfaces on the roof. The villa is winterproof and has floor heating throughout the entire area.
Fully air-conditioned interior, room-dependent adjustable, LCD TV in every room, radio, SAT and Internet WLAN in all corners complete the technical offer.
The elegant kitchen has cooker with 4 gas hob, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood and a fridge.
In separate room is a additional fridge for drinks and iron with table available.
Bed linen and sufficient towels are provided and exchanged at least once a week.
To the villa belongs also an anchor buoy in the bay immediately close to the house.
