At the ground floor is fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary appliances. Right next is dining area with chick table and colorful modern chairs. In the extension is living room with indoor fireplace, large comfortable corner sofa and Cable TV. Living area is opened onto outdoor / pool terrace. Everything is beautifully and tastefully decorated with the attention paid to each detail in order to offer all comfort and fulfill all needs.

First Floor:
At the upper floor are 4 bedrooms.
Each bedroom has double bed, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom.
Each bedroom is air conditioned and has Cable TV.
Master bedroom offers exit to the large balcony equipped with sunbeds, from where you may enjoy beautiful view to surrounding nature and greenery.

Basement:
Basement is decorated and equipped in order to offer relax, and there is something for everyone.
Fitness room with few gym devices, sauna, hot tub - Jacuzzi, and corner with TV and game playing console.

Damage deposit: 500, 00 € (payable directly to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure).
