This spacious villa is located in small bay in Vinisce, right above the sea, and beautiful pebble beach, which is only 30 meters form villa.
Location offers vicinity to greatest Croatian tourist centers such as Rogoznica and Primosten, and at the other side, to Trogir and Split.
At the other hand, location offers peace and privacy, beautiful maintained garden, sea view balconies and terraces among which one is with outdoor grill and dining area, as well as pebble and rocky beach in front.
Villa consists of 3 floors where each floor is separated apartment, but villa is rented as one unit, and therefore, offers additional privacy to the families or group of friends who decided to spend their holidays together.
Tranquility of surrounding area, smell of the sea, beautiful garden and private swimming pool, as well as warm and home feeling atmosphere, are the greatest advantages of this beautiful villa.
Villa accommodates 12 guests in 6 bedrooms.

Layout:
Villa is set up on 3 floors and each floor is one separated apartment. Each apartment is almost the same, therefore, in each apartment you will find small, but fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, coffee maker, microwave, and al dishes and utensils; dining and living area, one double and one twin bedroom, and one bathroom with shower.
At 3 floors, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bedrooms with 2 single / twin beds each, and 3 bathrooms with shower.
Each apartment has exit to private balcony with comfy furniture and amazing sea view, just perfect for full relaxation of mind and body.

Outside:
At the bottom of private and fenced yard is beautiful swimming pool from which is offered amazing sea view.
Outdoor area also offers dining table with seats suitable for 12 people at one of its terraces, as well as outdoor grill / barbecue perfect for fresh prepared meals and gatherings.
Beautiful pebble beach is only 30 meters from the villa where you may enjoy sunbathing and swimming and relax to maximum.
Parking space for 5 cars is offered at the private property, behind the villa.
