Outside, this is traditionally built Dalmatian stone house, but when you enter inside it is carefully renovated luxury villa in rustic style that kept traditional Dalmatian charm, but at the same time offers luxury accommodation in its spacious rooms, thus provides relaxing and comfortable holidays to its guests.
Sea and beautiful beach is only 50 meters away, and center with all other facilities, shops, bars, and restaurants is also nearby.
Villa is set up on 4 floors and consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
Ground floor kitchen and dining / living area is opened onto spacious terrace with open air dining area, and sitting furniture.
Villa accommodates 8 to 10 guests.

Basement:
Two double bedrooms each with LCD SAT TV and corresponding bathroom are at the basement of this stone villa.

Ground floor:
Open plan kitchen dominates to the ground floor. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances. Right in front o f the kitchen is small dining area, and next is living room area with comfy sofa. Living area is equipped with LCD SAT TV, DVD & CD player. There is also Wi-Fi Internet connection that covers entire villa.

First floor:
Up to the spiral stairs is one double bedroom with LCD SAT TV and one bathroom.

Second floor:
At the second floor is one double bedroom with LCD SAT TV and one bathroom with shower.

Outside:
There is beautiful covered sea view terrace which is accessed from the ground floor living room. There is large dining table with chairs suitable for 10 people.
Fantastic sea view you may enjoy from the comfy corner sofa set up right next to the dining table. This corner is perfect for relaxing and absorbing the nature.
In front of the terrace is charming well cared garden with lemon trees.

Damage deposit: 300,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
PLEASE NOTE: Cleaning fee and tourist tax are not included in accommodation prices, and are payable upon the arrival in villa in amount of 150 € / week.
