This adorable Istrian villa is located right next to the sea in the tiny fishing village of Pomer, on the Istrian peninsula.
The place Pomer is situated in Medulin bay, 5 km from City of Pula. It is easily accessible from the highway.
In Pomer, you can find Yacht & Boat Marina which provides 250 berths, together with all necessary services, a couple of great fish and meat restaurants, market, bakery, and other amenities.
Not far from the Marina in direction to the sea, in a pine forest extends renovated campsite where a soccer field and volleyball court.
Pomer local people organize summer folk festival, held in churches and concerts of classical music.

Villa is set on 4.000 m2 of private land and its position offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful holiday.
This is a two-floor villa where each floor is one apartment but is rented as one unit.

Although this villa is positioned near the sea, the sea here is shallow because it is a natural fish pond and not recommended for swimming.
Swimming in the clear sea is available 500 meters away from the villa.

This splendid villa accommodates 12 to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms.

Ground floor:
The ground floor is an apartment of 126 m2 consisting of 3 bedrooms, each with double bed, 3 modern settled bathrooms, luxury equipped kitchen (coffee Maker, dishes & utensils, dishwasher, microwave oven, pantry items, refrigerator, toaster)and living room enriched with LCD TV and pull out sofa bed. Spacious terrace with sitting garniture offers magnificent views.
The communal areas are air conditioned.

First floor:
The first floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with an air-conditioned dining area with a large flat-screen satellite TV, spacious air conditioned hall, 3 double bedrooms, 2 modern settled bathrooms, one of them featuring a Jacuzzi, a bidet and a hairdryer and, the other one come with a shower. The apartment has covered terrace, with modern bamboo sofa set where you have a beautiful view on the pool and the sea.
The communal areas are air conditioned.

Entire villa has free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Spacious garden with 52m2 big swimming pool and covered terrace which is equipped with bamboo sofa set are the highlights of this villa. Next to the pool is children corner with swings and toboggan. Also, there is a 2 (two) parking space and barbecue at guest disposal.
