This luxury residence is situated in Zaton Veliki bay near Dubrovnik.
It was a Summerhouse from 15th Century, recently completely renovated with the Smart House System with the possibility to manage it via iPad.
The residence is situated inside 1500 square meters of private, wall fenced yard. Everything inside and outside the villa is carefully, modern, and luxury decorated and equipped.
Inside the yard are large, fully equipped swimming pool, outdoor shower, and barbecue. There is also beautiful garden with lawn, and well cared orchard, olive trees, and other plants.
Right in front of the wall is the sea, distanced 20 meters from villa, and nearest sandy beach is only 150 meters away from villa.
Inside, residence is set up on 3 floors and consists of professional kitchen, dining and living area, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, and saloon / living room.
Villa accommodates 12 to 14 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is anteroom with 2 toilets; men & women.
Near is professional kitchen, fully equipped (oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, meat cuttings, juicer, dishwasher, grill, ice maker…). There is also big dining room, and lounge area with bar and fireplace.
At the ground floor are also 2 double bedrooms, each with double bed and en-suite bathroom.

First floor & attic:
Up to the stairs are 3 suites. Each suite consists of one double bedroom, bathroom, and small living room.
In front of the suites is spacious saloon, perfect for taking a rest or read.
Each bedroom is equipped with LCD SAT TV, sound system, safety deposit box, and mini bar.
Each bedroom also has access to 2 front terraces with garden furniture. Bedrooms and terraces are connected by a glass bridge from where is offered amazing view on entire Zaton bay.

Entire villa is air conditioned, equipped with floor heating (may be rented during the colder parts of the year) and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of the villa is swimming pool with heating possibility; equipped with counter current swimming system (2 directions); 2 Hydro massage positions, lightning, and waterfall. Near the pool is outdoor shower, and around the pool are stylish sun beds for complete relaxation.
Whole outside area is decorated with lawn, palm trees, orchard, olive trees, and many other plants.
At 2 furnished terraces you may relax, take a nap, or gather in the evening.
At one of the terraces is big dining table, perfect for having fresh prepared meals together from grill while breathing fresh air.
In front of the residence, outside the walls are 2 parking places for guests, as well as boat mooring that is available upon prior request.
