Villa is located in small Dalmatian seaside place near Sibenik called Zaboric.
This location in heart of Dalmatia offers numerous possibilities for daily excursions, sightseeing, visits of nearby UNESCO heritage protected towns Sibenik, Trogir, and even Split, famous Croatian National Parks in vicinity like Krka Waterfalls, Kornati islands, Aqua park near Sibenik, Fun Park (Gardeland alike) in Biograd na Moru which is great for children to have fun whole day, or you may only take a long walks along the coast, bath, swim, and enjoy crystal clear sea and fresh air.

At the time when all works in villa will be finished and ready for rent, villa will have fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dining area suitable for 14 people, living room with comfy sofa and TV great for chill out, entertainment corner with table soccer / football, 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and ground floor toilet for guests, all set up on 3 floors connected by internal staircases.
Ground floor area with kitchen, dining, and living room, and guests' toilet will be opened onto outdoor terrace where is pool and outdoor dining with grill.
Whole villa will be air conditioned and will have free Wi-Fi Internet access.
All 7 bedrooms will have king size double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and air condition unit.

In front of the villa, besides infinity swimming pool from where you may enjoy stunning sea views, there is also private tennis court located aside of the villa, and it is perfect for guests who like to be active even during the holidays with the great advantage of privacy, right next to villa where you may relax in pool or inside after match.

Villa also offers private boat mooring, so you may rent a boat and enjoy sailing to nearby islands and bays.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATION AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 500, 00 € (payable directly to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure).
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
