Surrounded by pure nature and greenery, and offering the sea view, this lovely villa with pool is located in Komiza in Vis Island, only 500 meters from Komiza center where you will find shops, restaurants, bars, and all other attractions, but at the same time villa provides relaxing holidays in privacy.
Villa is built upon the highest construction standards and it is modernly designed and furnished.
In front is a swimming pool surrounded by sun beds as well as terrace with outdoor dining area with table and chairs and grill.
Inside, villa has 2 floors and consists of kitchen with dining and living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates 6 to 8 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and dining area with table and chairs. Right next is living are with TV and sofa that may be transformed into comfy extra bed for 2 people if needed.
This area is opened onto terrace where outdoor dining area with table and chairs is.
Here is also one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom.

First floor:
Up to the outdoor staircases are two bedrooms. One bedroom is with double bed, and another is with 2 separated single (twin) beds. There is also one shared bathroom.

Villa is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of this lovely and modern villa is swimming pool for complete relaxation. Near is pool terrace with sun beds and outdoor shower, and next to the pool terrace is covered part with dining table and chairs, as well as grill.
Right near is private parking space on guests’ disposal.

Damage deposit: 300,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
