In ancient times, Solta was a summer home to Roman Emperor Diocletian, well known then and today for its olives, honey, and wine.
There are 24 bays and many of them are hiding beautiful beaches, amazing panoramic sea views, and beautiful villas.

Solta is a destination for those who don't choose popular busy spots but seek relaxation in connecting with nature.
No mass tourism here, no fancy restaurants and night clubs, but old fisherman villages with basic grocery shops and taverns with local specialties and seafood.

Villa accommodates 12 guests in 6 bedrooms.

Ground floor:
Fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, pantry items, refrigerator, stove, toaster), Wet bar with selection of the best Croatian wines (extra charged), shower bathroom and a living room enriched with large comfortable sofa, designer armchairs and indoor fireplace, big oak dining table for 8 are situated on the ground floor. The glass doors from the living area lead to the lounge terrace and swimming pool area.

First floor:
A lovely curved staircase leads to the first floor consisting of Master bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom; private sea view balcony and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and huge circular window.

Second floor:
Two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a terrace with an open sea view are set on the second floor. Beautiful gallery with sofa bed is on the second floor also.

Annexed apartment:
Connected with main house via ground floor terrace and consisting of living room enriched with sofa bed and smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two double bedrooms and a shower bathroom.

The entire villa is air-conditioned and provides free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
There are several terraces on various levels at the property: stone covered dining areas, heated pool where you can relax while watching the moon and stars, deck with second dining area and summer kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven. Terraces are all equipped with garden furniture.
Access to the villa via an unpaved bumpy road 0,7 km.
