This luxury villa is located in somewhat more than 500 square meters of fenced yard where you will find swimming pool, Jacuzzi pool, outdoor shower, toilet, and outdoor dining area with traditional stone barbecue.
Inside, villa consists of kitchen with dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, toilet with laundry facilities, sauna, fitness room, and balcony with amazing panoramic view.
Villa accommodates 8 to 10 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with LCD SAT TV, indoor fireplace, and comfy sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed if needed.
This area is opened onto pool terrace.
There is also one toilet with washing machine and dryer.

First floor:
Up to the stairs are 2 bedrooms, both with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
At this floor is also sauna room and fitness with gym equipment.

Second floor:
At the second floor are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another with 2 single / twin beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom.
This floor has an exit to the balcony equipped with seating furniture from where you may truly enjoy view on the sea below and surrounding nature.

Villa is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
At the 510 m2 of fenced yard you will find swimming pool and Jacuzzi pool surrounded by sun beds for fully relaxation. Swimming pool has heating possibility as well.
Near the pool is outdoor shower as well as toilet.
At the other side of the terrace is covered part with comfy terrace furniture.
Only few steps up from the pool is another gazebo with traditional stone barbecue and dining table with chairs.
Villa is surrounded by greenery, offers relaxing holidays in complete privacy enriched with amazing views on the sea and surrounding nature.
Private parking for villa guests is right next to the villa.
