Superb Istria pool Villa near sea

Villa is situated on a very peaceful and intimate location in the natural preserve Limski kanal (Bay of Lim), which is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Istria. The channel is a bit longer than 10 km and it is on both sides surrounded by steep cliffs, sometimes up to 100 meters high. 
Its name comes from the word „limes“, latin word for „border“. Limski kanal used to be a border between Pula’s and Poreč’s ager but today it is the border between Vrsar and Rovinj. 
The bottom of the channel hides many pieces of antique items. It is assumed that during storms antique ships were hiding in the channel and, while waiting for better weather, were cleaning the ships, throwing in the sea things that didn’t survived the journey on a turbulent sea. 
The sea in Limski kanal is very clean, what is favorable for the cultivation of shellfish, spawning of fish and swimming. Limski kanal is known for the cultivation of shellfish (which you can taste at the nearby restaurant or we can prepare them for you in the villa). 
This luxurious five star villa is built in a contemporary style, offering lots of facilities for your relaxation. It sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, and it can accommodate extra two auxiliary staff. 
The villa comprises of 5 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, TV and stereo surround system, fully equipped kitchen with bar, dining area with a table for 10 people. In addition, at guests disposal are gym & spa area, and a billiard room with lounge area. All 5 bedrooms are with a double bed, but in one bedroom the beds can be separated. Furthermore, the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom each, with a shower and a tub. All rooms have an open sea view. 
A small sport airport located nearby the villa gives a possibility to guests to arrive with private jets or helicopters. We can organize the flight for up to 12 people for you or offer you arrival with a helicopter which can be at your disposal during your stay (everything by prior arrangement, surcharge). The runway is 800 m long. Furthermore, we can arrange panoramic flights and sightseeing of the whole Croatian coast with islands, all the way to Dubrovnik on the south. 
The villa with its 680 m2 is situated at the 3.780 m2 of property, where landscape and vegetation give extraordinary feeling of connection with nature. Location of the Villa near the sea, crystal blue sea and amazing view gives you opportunity to relax and enjoy. Because of its size and luxury, the Villa can be used for business meetings, unique private gatherings, romantic holidays and so on.

Nearby the Villa small sport aeroport is situated which gives a possibility to the guests to arrive with private jets or chopper.
