Casa Zia Istria

Casa Zia is located in the village of Barbici, 6 km from Porec and 5 km from the nearest beach. Traditional stone house can accommodate up to 4 people and has private 24m2 pool and own fenced plot of 200m2, covered terrace and BBQ. On the ground floor oposite is a separate entrance and a garden of neighbors who do not have access to the garden of Casa Zia. On the first floor you can find air-conditioned kitchen, dining and living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Although built in 1943 it was renovated to a good standard in 2013, and now boasts a range of traditional facilities that perfectly complement the traditional features of the original building. In a quiet, secluded location away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts, this lovely house offers a peaceful retreat for anyone wishing to further explore the beautiful Istrian countryside. The property would suit a family or friends looking for a peaceful location, and be within easy access of the nearby resort of Porec. A day trip to Venice by catamaran is recommended excursion that is available from Porec.

Please note that prices are published for weekly stay. For shorter stay the higher price are applied.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
