This comfortable renovated modern villa  with pool is located only 20 minutes of driving to one of the most beautiful beaches in Istria in Rabac. For a larger choice of amenities, the picturesque little medieval town of Labin is a short drive away. Over the summer, the old town of Labin becomes an art center with many cultural festivities, art and gallery events. You can visit museums, churches as well as antique dealers. Villa  is a 3 bedroom villa, decorated in modern style. From the living room you can easly access on the terrrace and swimming pool area. On the ground floor You will find full equipeed kitchen, dining and living area, separate toilet and double bedroom with en suite shower room. On the first floor, there are Master bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony and twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Villa is fully airconditioned. The outdoor area includes a private pool with 6 sun lounges and beautiful terrace with dining area and barbeque build in stone.

Weekly rates include:

• use of all facilities and amenities,
• VAT,
• tourist tax,
• linen,
• towels,
• water,
• electricity,
• gas,
• soaps,
• shampoos and shower gels,
• final cleaning

Aditional information:

• Check in 3 pm 
• Check out 10 am 
• 300 € damaged deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
• Minimum stay is 7 days
• Arrivals on Saturday  In the period from 24.6.-02.09.2017.
• Pets are not allowed

Please note that prices are published for weekly stay. For shorter stay the higher price are applied.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
