It consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen, 6 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and large garden in front of the house with BBQ area, and safely fenced children’ playground, fitness room, as well as large swimming pool with sea view with beautiful pebble beach just in front.

Villa accommodates up to 14 guests.

This luxury holiday villa consists of 2 floors with the surface of 320 square meters of living area.

Ground floor:
The ground floor consists of a large living room with very comfy sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 persons, fully equipped modern kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, dishes, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, freezer…; There is also one large common bathroom on the ground floor. Next is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The last room on this floor is fitness room with training equipment and table football.

First floor:
By internal stairs that are inside this exclusive villa, you will come to the first floor where 3 large and tastefully decorated bedrooms are situated. All three bedrooms have en-suite private bathrooms. Here is also one small living room.

Second floor:
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have its’ own doors from the hall, but there are also the doors in between, so that these 2 rooms may be used as a family room.

Outside:
The exclusive villa in Sreser is surrounded by very well cared garden and enriched by wonderful sea view. All of this makes this place real oasis of pure luxury and nature. Fell of sea breeze and relax on spacious and stylish decorated terrace will make you to wish to stay there forever.
