This villa - building from 17th Century - is located in heart of Cavtat old town. 

Villa has been renovated with the highest standards of construction, and in its final appearance, villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, one separated toilet, utility – laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, heated indoor swimming pool, garden in front, and amazing terrace with barbecue and dining area, as well as wine cellar.
Everything is set up on 3 floors plus basement with wine cellar.
Villa accommodates 10 guests.

Basement:
In the basement you will find wine cellar with variety of famous Croatian wines. Wines may be consumed in a previous agreement with the owners.

Ground floor:
Ground floor of this villa is connected with the garden. There is fully equipped large kitchen with all kitchen appliances, cookery and cutlery. Right near is a dining area with large table and chairs suitable for 12 people. Entire area is rustically decorated with the attention on decoration details such as antique iron, wine cooler, lamp, and candle holders…
At the ground floor also are one separated toilet room, and utility room.

Next, in a vaulted room, is indoor swimming pool with heating possibility and counter-current swimming system. Pool room is equipped with Hi-Fi surround sound system and multi color light system within the pool.

First floor:
Up to the inner, stone staircases is spacious living room with large corner sofa.
There are also comfy armchairs, LCD SAT TV, large coffee table, and indoor fireplace.
This area is perfect for gatherings and relaxing and even for the off season period rentals, as fireplace would certainly make colder days very pleasant.

At this floor are also 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.

Second floor:
At the second floor are 3 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.
Master bedroom has also free standing bathtub which provides additional touch of glamour in this villa.

3 out of 5 bedrooms are with double beds, while 2 bedrooms have 2 separates, single beds.
Each bedroom has solid timber shutters, authentic, but restored from 17th Century, which thus provide full privacy and protection. As well, each bedroom is equipped with own air condition unit and controller, as well as with LCD SAT Smart TV.

Furniture and lightning utensils in entire villa were carefully picked, and each thing and piece has signature of some of world famous designers.
Villa is also equipped with Sonos system which provides music and may be connected to the guests’ own smart phone or tablet with speakers in the swimming pool, living room, and in kitchen and dining area.

Outside:
This amazing luxury villa is located in heart of Cavtat – old town, and it is fenced by stone walls. Hence, it provides full privacy to its guests. Behind the stone walls, you will find beautiful garden enriched with mandarin trees which provide natural shade to the outdoor table.
All around are more plants, mandarin and olive trees, rosemary and lavender in terracotta plots, as well as bougainvillea set in restored 17th Century bathtub. There is also traditionally built stone barbecue.
Just few stairs up is spacious terrace, partly covered, with dining table above which is awning that may be retracted, thus it is perfect for all day enjoying and relaxing. Right near is Jacuzzi Whirlpool hot tub from where you will certainly enjoy amazing view that spreads all over the Cavat bay and open sea.
