This paradise is just under 1 hour drive by ferry from Split in the townlet Splitska on Brac Island.

Parking is free private parking on from behind the house.

Villa have 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with own bathroom in the 1.floor. In ground floor you can find the living room, dining corner and open kitchen, a separate room, a further sleeping accommodation for 2 persons or more on the couch, and a extra toilet.

A flat-screen satellite TV and a CD player are also provided. The property has a washing machine and is fully air conditioned. On the roof is a terrace with open sea views, and an outdoor area. Other facilities of Villa also includes a seasonal outdoor pool, which is located in the beautiful garden, including sun deck chairs.

The outdoor area has parking and a barbecue corner.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 60 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is refundable.

Booking cancellation made 59 or less days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit amount is not refundable. 

The booking cancellation made 35 days before arrival, the balance is not refundable.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
