This charming villa is located in a beautiful bay, at the property sized 2.000 square meters (m2) full of olive trees, organic fruits, vegetables, and other plants;
Seasonal fruits and vegetables from villa garden is at guests disposal, and may be picked by guests during the stay.

Villa is located only 20 meters amazing pebble beach and only 4 kilometers away is Supetar town center, the main town of Brac island with many restaurants, Dalmatian taverns, bars, groceries, markets, ferry port, and all other facilities and attractions.

This villa is ideal choice for anyone who seeks for peace, quiet time, and sound of the waves.

Villa has completely newly built swimming pool; therefore besides large outdoor terrace with dining area and barbecue / grill, outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor shower, and beautiful maintained garden and lawn, there is also swimming pool, and all is only few steps distanced from beautiful pebble beach and crystal clear sea.
Inside, villa accommodates 8 to 12 guests.

Villa consists of fully equipped kitchen with 4-ring ceramic hob, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, cutter, toaster, hood, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee maker, microwave, blender, stove, oven... Right next is dining area and living area with folding bed / comfy sofa, indoor fireplace, and flat screen SAT TV.
In villa you will also find 4 bedrooms - 3 with double beds, and one with 2 twin beds. 2 of bedrooms have additional single bed.
There are 4 bathrooms with shower in villa.
Villa has air-condition and there is a free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Appealing terrace with nice sea views, sheltered with naturally grown wine leaves, outdoor grill / barbecue, large outdoor dining table, fine garden furniture / lounge area, outdoor Jacuzzi with outdoor shower and swimming pool surrounded by sun beds.
Entire area is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and it is only 30 meters from beautiful pebble beach.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
