This  villa is located in Mirca, the old part of the place, where all buildings and houses kept the authentic spirit from the past, obvious from narrow streets and stone houses. 
Villa is just 3 kilometers from Supetar which is the administrative center of island Brac. 
Although it is built of famous traditional Brac stone, and that way incorporated in village architecture, this villa is inside very modernly decorated and offers additional luxury facilities. Villa is fenced by stone walls within which are swimming pool and few terraces, such as pool terrace with sun beds, and shaded morning terrace. 
It is located right above the sea and beautiful Mirca beaches. 
This modernly decorated villa in Mirca is set up on 3 levels and consists of two kitchens with dining and living areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and one toilet, as well as outdoor sauna room. 
Villa accommodates up to 10 people.

Ground floor: 
Ground floor is opened onto the pool terrace by French glass doors. 
At the ground floor is an open plan kitchen with spacious dining and living area with sofa and fireplace. 
One shared toilet is also near.
First floor: 
Up to the inner stairs is a second living area, with large dining area and kitchen with all appliances and cooking and eating utensils. This area is opened onto charming garden terrace furnished with sitting set. 
First floor also has a separated entrance from outside.
At the first floor are two bedrooms, first one is with double bed, and second is twin. One shared bathroom with shower is also there.

Second floor: 
At the second floor is a master bedroom with double bed, private balcony with gorgeous sea view, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. 
Second bedroom at this floor is also double with en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as beautiful view. 
There is also separated sauna room suitable for 2 people.

Outside: 
In front of this luxury villa is a swimming pool surrounded with sun beds, and outdoor shower. Entire outdoor area is fenced with walls which provide complete privacy. There are few furnished terraces around the villa where you may relax and enjoy, as well as charming maintained garden.
Private parking for guests is available near villa.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
