Beautiful seafront 6 bedroom villa with direct acess to sea; located on most popular island Hvar; just few steps from the sea and few minutes drive from the city center. Stunning seaview, air-conditioned; internet connection. Sleeps 13.

Seaside Villa Hvar is located directly on the sea, with a private beach in the bay Uljeni Bok. Uljeni Bok bay is located on the western edge of the town of Hvar, in the private park. In the park you can find stags, hinds and mouflons. There is a separate automatic doors inside the park for entrance and the road to the bay. The bay has only 6 houses. Park is private area not open to the people or tourists. No uninvited guest can get into park, and not to properties. Villa has the maximum privacy.

Seaside Villa Hvar was built of white stone from Brac and Hvar - stone building in a rustic Mediterranean style. In total there are 5 double bed rooms (10 people) and 1 apartment for servents.

Villa consists of following areas:
Level sea - beautiful private waterfront built of white Brac stone, measuring 8x8m with two bollards for ships. It is possible to anchor the ships up to 25 m. On the side there are stairs to enter the sea for swimming. To the right is a little shallow shoreline for children. Along the waterfront there is a small two-bed apartment (room 4x2m) and bathroom (2x2m) with shower and toilet. Can be used for sleeping or as a magazine for things from the beach.

Above the apartment there is a level one of seating with cushions and a low table. On the side are two wine refrigerator and sink with running water. All equipped with lights to illuminate the level one, waterfront and the sea for a night landing ship.

The second level - a stone table with 10 chairs - used for outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner. On the left side, about 15 meters, there is a room with a toilet, bidet and washing machine.

The third level – 2 apartments equipped with double beds, wardrobes and commodes. Each apartment has its own bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). At the same level is a fully equipped kitchen, and separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, cabinet washer and large fridge. In front of the full length of the house is a covered terrace with outdoor bed for relaxation.

The fourth level - large terrace (18x6 m, of which 3 meters in width is covered) with external chairs and seating bench for sitting or repose. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor fireplace for roasting meat or fish. Inner space: one living room, 2 double bedrooms (one master bed and the other with two single beds), 1 bathroom with toilet, another separate toilet with sink. There is also small handy kitchen with sink and refrigerator.

Fifth level - low loft double bed apartment with bathroom - used for service people taking care of house and the guests.

All over the field planted trees are pines and palm trees for shade, planted beautiful flowers plus flowers in pots. By car to the city center 2 minutes (2 km), by boat into town center 2 minutes (0.5 mile).

Seaside Villa Hvar is air conditioned, has SAT TV, DVD player, hi-fi stereo, internet connection. Villa also has fully equipped kitchen oven, stove, hood, electric kettle, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, caffe machine. Baby cot and hight chair are available on request.
