There is also one guests’ toilet, and one bedroom with double bed, air condition, flat screen SAT TV, free Wi-Fi Internet access, and en-suite bathroom.
Entire floor is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.
This floor has and exit to the terrace which is only few steps from the beach.

Main floor:
Main floor of villa consists of fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and dining area.
There is also living room with 2 comfy sofas and flat screen SAT TV.
At this floor you will also find laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional space for beach equipment and water toys. and one bathroom with shower.
Entire floor is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Kitchen and dining area are connected to the outdoor terrace by large side glass doors.
At the covered part of the terrace in front is large dining table with chairs, and stone grill.
This area is perfect for the fresh prepared meals or group / family gatherings.
At the extension to this terrace is infinity swimming pool surrounded by sun beds from where you may enjoy gorgeous sea views.

Top floor:
Up to the stairs is the top floor; this floor consists of 3 bedrooms.
First bedroom is master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The other 2 bedrooms (one with double and another with twin beds which also may be placed as double bed) have shared bathroom with shower located in a hall. There is also small wardrobe and office corner perfect for people who have to spend some time working while are on holidays.
All bedrooms have exit to the shared sea view balcony equipped with balcony furniture.

This villa is located at the first row to the sea and beautiful beach with crystal clear sea. Only few steps from the ground floor terrace, and you are at the beach.
