This beautiful modern villa is located in central Dalmatia, just in between town Makarska and Omis, in charming place called Lokva Rogoznica, little bit up on the hill and surrounded by beautiful unspoiled nature.

In this modern luxury villa everything is just about peace and relaxing in full privacy, far away from everyday hustle and bustle, and also about impressive panoramic sea view of nearby towns and central Dalmatian islands on one side, and beautiful Biokovo Mountain on the other side.

Villa is divided on 2 floors and consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room, sauna, gym, and storage room.

Villa accommodates 8 to 10 persons.

Ground floor:
Open plan spacious area on the ground floor connects fully equipped modern kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, and all cutlery and cookery needed; beautiful dining area with large table and chairs is opened to the pool terrace by glass terrace doors that provide natural lightning in this area. Near is also living area with leader corner sofa and LCD SAT TV. This area is fully air conditioned.
Near is separate room with one guest’s bedroom with double bed, and fitness room with the equipment. Bathroom with shower tub and sauna is just next to the fitness room.

First floor:
Up to the inner stairs are 3 master bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king size double bed, air condition unit, and en-suite bathroom with floor heating and hairdryer. Third bedroom has twin beds that may also be transformed into one king size double bed. This bedroom also has air condition unit, and en-suite bathroom with floor heating and hairdryer. One out of three bathrooms has Jacuzzi bathtub, while two others are with shower tub.

There is possibility of adding 2 child beds in villa to reach maximum capacity of 10 persons.

Outside:
In front of the villa is beautiful infinity heated swimming pool that offers amazing panoramic sea view. Around the pool are sundecks, and near is a charming terrace with large dining table and chairs, stone made outdoor barbecue / grill, and wine cellar.
All around the villa is large fenced garden full of Mediterranean and traditional Dalmatian plants.
Only few minutes driving from villa divide you from beautiful bays, pebble beaches, restaurants, grocery shops and everything you need for perfect holidays.
