This newly built and luxury equipped villa is located at the foot of Biokovo Montain, above Baska Voda, and it offers relaxing and peaceful holidays to its guests, enriched with stunning view on the sea, nearby islands, and Makarska Riviera.
Villa is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean plants; in front is swimming pool for full relaxation, and covered part with outdoor dining area with table, chairs, and outdoor grill, perfect for fresh prepared meals or evening gatherings.
Inside, villa is set up on 3 floors, and consists of tavern with kitchen and dining area, main kitchen, dining area, and living room, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, one shared toilet, fitness, and sauna room.
Villa accommodates 10 people.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is tavern with rustic style kitchen and dining area. Near is one shared toilet.
This part is opened onto outdoor dining area with grill and pool terrace.
At the ground floor is also one bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

First floor:
At the second floor is spacious, modernly furnished, and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Near is spacious living room with large corner sofa.
This area is also opened onto the pool terrace.
At this floor are also sauna and fitness room, as well as one bathroom.

Second floor:
Second floor consists of 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and exit to private balcony or terrace from where is offered breathtaking sea view.

Entire villa is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access, and each bedroom and living room has LCD SAT TV.

Outside:
Besides outdoor covered terrace with barbecue and dining area, there is swimming pool with heating possibility, water massage, and LED light therapy, surrounded by sun beds for full relaxation.
Yard around the villa is fenced, thus it provides full privacy.
Private parking space is available right near the villa.

Damage deposit: 700,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
