The city of Novigrad is located two kilometers north from the mouth of the river Mirna and about 20 kilometers south from the borders with Slovenia and Italy. The villa stretches over two floors; it is a spacious and very comfortable inside, quite a stunning villa of beautiful living space and terraces. Villa has 4 bedrooms, the number of beds 8, 4 bathrooms and is appropriate for accommodation of 8+2 persons.
Villa is completely air conditioned; has wireless internet connection, LCD SAT TV in every room. Villa has a professional kitchen that is equipped with everything needed for perfect dish. Villa  to its guests also offers sauna garden sets, deckchairs, and terrace, umbrellas and everything else that is necessary to make your holiday the most pleasant. Villa has 5 parking spots.

Ground floor – On this floor there is Wellness space with indoor infinity swimming pool, sauna (3pax) with the sea view, shower and toilet. Two en-suite bedrooms with additional armchair (extra bed) and big glass wall that connects indoor and outdoor space
First floor – The ground floor is connected by an internal staircase to the first floor, where its place has found Master Suite with en-suite bathroom (free-standing bath tub) with sea view, open space with living room, kitchen and dining table of 4m (12pax) and another spacious en-suite bedroom

Roof terrace – a place that will surely get you back to the villa. With glass fence, stone floor and deck chairs made of teak wood that are more like beds you can get the full and unique experience that you will never forget. It offers an unrestricted 360 degrees panoramic view over the blue Adriatic Sea and the picturesque town of Novigrad.
