Luxury Istrian Villa Alma with pool

Villa Alma was built in 1929 on a property of 1400 square meters and renovated in 2014. This old bourgeois Villa Alma consists of two parts. Ground floor: bedroom , living room with kitchen and bathroom . Main house: large living room with terrace and fireplace, kitchen/ dining room, three double bedrooms (two with balcony) and two bathrooms (bath / shower). Around the house there are several terraces for rest as well as a spacious outdoor kitchen / barbecue with gazebo and a large swimming pool( 65 square meters) surrounded by a whole day sunny sundeck. At the end of the sundeck is a small gazebo with separate toilet and shower.

This exclusive Villa Alma is located in Ika, one of the towns of the oldest and most famous Opatija riviera. This formerly maritime oriented town just 5 kilometers west of Opatija, today is the boutique destination on the Riviera. Villa Alma is situated in a pacefull location with free bird concerto, just 100 meters from the sea and Lungomare ( seaside promenade) – the ideal way to work up an appetite walking along 12 km way mostly shaded by chesnut and laurel tress. However, if you need complete rest and relaxation you have a 13 x 5 m swimming pool with salted water and massage surrounded with a large sunny terrace that will fully satisfy your needs.

• 400 € damaged deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.

Please note that prices are published for weekly stay. For shorter stay the higher price are applied.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
