Luxury Bella Villa with pool in Istria

Bella Villa  is ideally located within walking distance of the picturesque village of Svetivincenat. The medieval town Svetvinčenat, located in the south of the central part of Istria, is one of Istrian jewels in which the tourist offer has taken on a new life over last several years, especially through various manifestations which are held in extraordinarily attractive historical locations of this little town.
 During summer months, in the medieval castle of family Morisin-Grimani, Istraetnojazz festival programmes take place, and the nearby beautiful main town square and surrounding locations have been the stage for the traditional Festival of Dance and Non-Verbal Theatre.

This enchanting setting, Bella Villa  would suit a family or small group of friends (up to 8 people) looking to stay at a villa with a pool and who prefer to walk into town for restaurants and cafes.

• Check in 3 pm 
• Check out 10 am 
• 400 € damaged deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
• Minimum stay is 7 days
• Arrivals on Saturday  in June, July and August
• Extra cleaning, supplement on the spot
• Every day bed linen and towels changing, supplement  on the spot
• Pets: allowed (max.2), supplemet 10,00 Euro per pet per day

Please note that prices are published for weekly stay. For shorter stay the higher price are applied.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
