Istria pool Villa Allegra

Villa is enchanting villa with beautiful stone architecture which blends in perfectly with the surrounding Istrian countryside. This lovely property is at the edge of the little village of Zgrablici which has a few local houses and is only a few minutes drive from al little town of St.Lovrec where you will find a few grocery shops, post office.

Its traditional style and reclaimed stone and oak beams used for construction give it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury. A large landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants surrounds the house, and is framed with a stone wall; the front garden extends to another area with a 12m x 6m swimming pool.

On the left side of the ground floor is a spacious full equipped kitchen. On the right side is the living room with stone fireplace, sofas and SAT/TV. Next to this is a separate toilet. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, with two shower/wc rooms. There is balcony with beautiful sea view. Stairs lead to the top floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the front of house is the 6 x 12 m2 swimming pool, and covered terrace with small summer kitchen and grill. A beautiful stone wall surrounds the garden which is planted with olive and grass.

Please note that prices are published for weekly stay. For shorter stay the higher price are applied.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
