Holiday house situated right in front of the river Ombla, in small place in Mokosica in vicinity to the ACI yacht marina and town Dubrovnik.
House is located in quiet area. Front terrace of the house offers newly built swimming pool overlooking the River and Dubrovnik Bridge.
Aside of the house, at the walking distance, is beautiful small pebble beach with easy access and suitable for children.
Inside you will find fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
House accommodates 6 to 8 guests.

Layout:
In the house you will find small, but fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle…) together with dining area with table and chairs.
In extension to dining is charming and modernly furnished living room area is opened onto pool terrace through glass doors.
Living room is equipped with flat screen SAT TV and comfy corner sofa that may be used as an extra bed for 2 people if needed.
Inside are 3 charming bedrooms; 2 bedrooms are with double bed, while 3rd bedroom has 2 separated / twin beds, as well as 3 bathrooms with shower.

Next to the kitchen is small traditional tavern with summer kitchen, traditional stone barbecue, and dining table on guests’ disposal.

This area is perfect for having joint fresh prepared meals.

House has air condition free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of the house is terrace with comfortable terrace furniture, and swimming pool surrounded by sun beds. From each corner of the terrace and from swimming pool you may enjoy the amazing view at the water in front.
Behind the house is garden with vegetables at guests’ disposal during the stay.
As well, there is owner’s rowboat in front, so you may enjoy fishing with your family and children.
The best swimming in the water is early in the morning when everything is calm and quiet.
If you are looking for the pebble beach, it is less than 100 meters distanced from the house.
Private parking space is available right next to the house.
