From spacious outdoor terrace where is outdoor grill, as well as from pool terrace you may enjoy breathtaking views at the sea enriched with surrounding greenery and vineyard which make real Mediterranean atmosphere, and only 20 meters away is private beach with pebbles part which offers easy access to the sea, especially for elderly and children.
There is also private helipad near the sea, as well as outdoor shower right near the beach.

Ground floor kitchen and dining area are more modernly furnished, while at the upper floor it is stylish traditional modern kitchen with dining area where dominates large wooden dining table and outdoor fireplace.
Floors are connected by internal stairs.
2 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms are at this floor as well, while 3 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower are at the upper floor.
Villa also has fitness room with devices, it is fully air conditioned, offers Internet access, Home Cinema system, TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer… and all other facilities needed for relaxing holidays.
