This fully modern luxury villa with pool is smartly located behind the ancient stone walls, near the sea and all other facilities but in complete privacy and comfort.
Slightly elevated position of villa offers beautiful sea view terraces and balconies but also sea breeze and fresh air which provide additional comfort to this luxury and modern villa.
Swimming pool with heating possibility is bounded by slide glass doors and roof, therefore it may be indoor and outdoor, depending on renting period and weather.
Villa itself consists of 2 parts; main house and annexed house.
This kind of arrangement is perfect for guests who are coming with staff, as annexed house has small kitchen with living room, double bedroom and bathroom.
In total, villa offers fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and toilet.
Villa accommodates 10 to 12 guests.

Main villa – Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped and modernly furnished kitchen with all appliances, dining area with large table and chairs, as well as spacious and bright living room with sofas and armchairs opened onto front terrace by slide glass doors. There is also one guests’ toilet on this floor.

First floor:
At the upper floor are 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom is with double bed, SAT TV, air condition, and en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
First floor also have beautiful terrace equipped with terrace furniture, sun beds, and umbrellas. This terrace is perfect for relaxation while amazing view to the sea and surroundings is provided.

Entire villa is air conditioned, all rooms (living room and bedrooms) have flat screen SAT TV, and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
All bathrooms have floor heating and hairdryer.

Annexed house:
At the same property, right next to the main villa is annexed house with small handy kitchen, dining table, living area with sofa, one double bedroom, and bathroom.

Outside:
Entire property is surrounded by stone walls which guarantee complete privacy to its guests.
Around the villa are beautiful gardens with Mediterranean plants and lawn.
Front terraces offer lounge area, outdoor dining, and grill.
Swimming pool with heating possibility is surrounded by glass doors which may be opened asides, and sun beds. There is also outdoor shower.
Private parking spaces available for guests right next to the villa.
