BRAC HOLIDAY RENTAL RUSTIKA

This villa is authentic Dalmatian stone house 200 years old.
Villa has recently been renovated in order to provide comfortable stay for 6 to 7 guests.
All renovation processes has been done in a way to preserve authenticity of the house and to keep Dalmatian charm but at the same time to connect it to the modern way of life.
Therefore, villa is fully equipped with all necessary facilities.
In front of the villa are few terraces, one with swimming pool and another with terrace furniture and grill.
Inside, villa has 2 floors and consists of kitchen, dining and living area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and one toilet.
Villa accommodates 6 to 7 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is kitchen equipped with all appliances, dining and living area with dining table, chairs, sofa that may be used as an extra bed for one person if needed, armchair, SAT TV, air condition, and indoor fireplace. One bathroom with bath tub is at the ground floor as well.

First floor:
Up to the stairs are 4 bedrooms. First bedroom is with double bed, second has twin beds, and third and forth bedrooms are single. Here also are one bathroom with shower and one toilet.
First floor also has balcony with seating furniture from where you may enjoy beautiful view.

Outside:
In front of this beautiful stone villa are several terraces. There is grill area, dining table with chairs perfect for evening gatherings or fresh prepared meals.
At the other terrace is swimming pool with sun beds for full relaxation.
Entire outdoor area is full of small gardens and Mediterranean plants and flowers.
Parking is available approximately 100 meters from the house.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 300,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
