BRAC BEACH HOUSE

This lovely holiday house is located near town Supetar, the administrative center of Brac Island.

Holiday rental consists of 2 separated houses which are right next to each other and are rented as one unit.
There is direct access to the beautiful pebble beach which is right at the exit of the fenced yard.

Yard around the house is beautiful maintained garden, lawn, furnished terrace, BBQ, swimming pool and children playground.

Inside, both houses in total consists of 2 kitchens with dining and living area, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
House accommodates 6 to 10 guests.

Layout; House 1 & House 2:

Each house has kitchen with kitchen appliances and dining area.

House 1 has bigger kitchen and dining table, together with living area.
There is one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
Up to the spiral staircases is gallery which is one more bedroom with 2 single / twin beds and sofa that may be used as an extra bed for 2 if needed. There is one bathroom with shower.

House 2 has smaller kitchen and smaller dining table and living room with sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2, and there is also bathroom with shower.
Up to the stairs is one double bedroom.

Both houses are air conditioned, have SAT TV, and free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of this lovely house is large yard with beautiful maintained lawn and garden. There is also children’s playground and swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas for full relaxation.
Next to the pool is terrace and one patio with outdoor dining area and traditional stone barbecue / grill, perfect corner for fresh prepared meals or evening gatherings.
Beach is only 10 meters distanced, and all the time of your stay in this lovely house you will enjoy amazing sea view and calming sea breeze.
Private car parking is available next to the house.

Damage deposit: 200,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
