Front terrace offers beautiful views with wooden dining table and chairs, and aside is a grill, perfect for fresh prepared meals enriched with gentle sea breeze.
At the lower level of the terrace is Jacuzzi hot tub suitable for 6 people.

Inside, house is completely tailor made furnished with natural materials.
It is set up on 3 floors connected by internal staircases, and it consists of kitchen with dining and living room, storage room with fridge and wine cellar, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, and one additional toilet.
House accommodates 6 to 8 guests. (6 adults plus 2 children)

Layout:
House is set up on 3 floors, ground floor, upper floor, and attic.
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen and in its extension is storage room with 2 complete fridges and wine cellar. There are also dining area, and living room with comfy corner sofa and flat screen TV. At this floor is also one toilet.
At the upper floor are 2 bedrooms, one is with double bed. This bedroom has exit to the balcony from where you may enjoy amazing view on Osibova bay, pine trees, and clear blue sea and enjoy first morning coffee in natural peace.
Other bedroom at this floor has single bed from which could be one more bed pulled out. This bedroom is most suitable for children.
At this floor is one bathroom with shower.
Uppermost floor offers one more double bedroom as well as one more bathroom with shower.
All rooms in house are air conditioned, bathrooms are paved in natural stone and covered with underfloor heating which is also installed in all hallways in house.
Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available in villa.

Outside:
In front of the house are cascade terraces with gardens with olive, orange, and other Dalmatian plants. House is made from natural materials and it is perfectly integrated in area and sea which is right in front.
First terrace offers beautiful wooden table with chairs ideal for meals from grill or family gathering under the porch. At the second terrace is outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub, and outdoor shower.
Down the stairs is private beach with sun beds and boat mooring.
3 private parking places are available on site.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Security Damage deposit: 500,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure).
