This charming beachfront house is situated in Rogoznica great tourist center of Croatia.

Located right by the sea, this house offers you a special opportunity to feel the touch of Dalmatian charm.
Total surface of living area is 218 square meters, and land surface around the house is 350 square meters.
Sea view from each room in the house makes you feel like you're in heaven.

House consists of 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cozy living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are also 6 sea view balconies, and it is all set up on 5 floors.
House accommodates up to 12 persons.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, freezer, refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee machine, and charming living room with LCD SAT TV, couch, and stylish wooden sitting furniture. There is dining area with dining table and chairs as well.

First floor:
First floor consists of one bedroom with large, cozy double bed and bathroom with shower. Bedroom also has the exit to the stylish sea view balcony.

Second floor:
At the second floor there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has double bed, while other two have twin beds. There's also a bathroom with shower on the second floor. Each bedroom has own balcony which offers astonishing sea view.

Third floor:
At the third floor there is one lovely decorated double bedroom with a sea view balcony, and a bathroom with shower.

Fourth floor (the attic):
At the attic there's one twin bedroom with amazing sea view balcony.

Outside:
Right in front of the house there's a crystal clear sea, and private rocky beach, for house guests' only, which provides undisturbed sun bathing, swimming and relaxation.
There are outside shower and outside grill for evening and daily gatherings.
3 Parking spaces near the house are on guest's disposal, as well as usage of boat mooring in front.
