This luxury villa is located above Makarska center, only 800 meters from the sea and beautiful beach.
Villa offers private swimming pool with heating possibility and covered part of the terrace with traditional stone barbecue and outdoor dining area.
Inside, villa is set up on 3 floors and there are fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates 8 to 9 guests.

Ground floor:
This floor is opened onto pool terrace, and there is fully equipped kitchen with dining area, charming living room with sofa, LCD SAT TV, shelf with vine bottles, and fire place.
There is also one bathroom with shower at the ground floor.

First floor:
Up to the stairs are 3 bedrooms, each with double bed and bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms share sea view balcony equipped with seating furniture.

Attic:
Up to the stairs from the first floor is one bedroom with double bed. In front of the bedroom is anteroom equipped with comfy sofa and one bathroom with shower.

Entire villa is stylishly decorated and furnished. Each room is equipped with LCD SAT TV and air condition unit. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is also available in villa.

Outside:
In front of the villa is terrace with terrace furniture, swimming pool with heating possibility and massage waterfall surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas.
Aside of the terrace is outdoor dining corner; covered part with table and chairs, as well as traditional stone barbecue. This area is ideal for outdoor dining and gatherings.
Private parking is available right next to the villa.
