This lovely holiday villa is situated above Makarska, and it is only 1000 meters distanced from the sea and beautiful pebble and sandy beach.
This large villa with pool and beautiful terrace with outdoor traditional stone barbecue offers relaxing holidays for large group of friends or big families.
Since the large yard around the villa is fenced, guests here have full privacy. There are also 5 private parking spaces right near the villa.
Villa is set up on 2 floors, and consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 6 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates 12 to 16 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor you will find completely equipped large kitchen with dining area, and living room with sofa, LCD SAT TV and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Two double bedrooms are at the ground floor. One of the bedrooms has en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom here is single, but it has a possibility for a pull out extra bed if needed.
One large bathroom with half-round bathtub and washing machine is also at the ground floor.

First floor:
First floor consists of three double bedrooms apartments, each with bathroom with shower, and private balcony with amazing sea view. Two of the apartments also have living room with sofas that may be transformed into an extra beds if needed, as well as small kitchens.

Outside:
In front of the villa is a large swimming pool surrounded with sun beds. Whole yard is fenced with stone walls and offers complete privacy during your stay. There is also traditional stone barbecue perfect for preparing meals.
Besides complete privacy and relaxation, villa offers amazing sea view on Makarska Riviera islands and sea.
Villa also provides free private parking space for 5 cars.
