At the ground floor are two suites, a spacious salon, kitchen, and access to basement level with fitness, shower room and sauna, as well as laundry room.
A fully equipped, modern kitchen is situated at the back of the house. With all the necessary appliances, the kitchen still retains some original details, such as the old stove which adds additional charm to this stylish villa.
The upper floor features three suites, all with an exit to the upper terrace.
The first floor is accessed from the glassed gallery in the salon. As you getting there, you will certainly notice the massive dark wood stairs structure and skillful woodwork.
As you enter the villa, at the right is airy salon with several antique sofas and armchairs, fireplace and glassed gallery hiding the staircase to the upper floor. With a feeling of warm stylishness to it, this salon embodies the true character of this beautiful luxury villa in Dubrovnik.
