Description Villa Olivera  is located in the peaceful small village of Mirca on Brac Island, in a beautiful bay, on a ranch of 3.000 m2 where you can feel the scents and flavours of the Mediterranean.
This charming house is ideal for family vacation. It consists of three bedrooms, two of which are double-bedded, while the remaining one is twin-bedded. At your disposal there is a children's playground, a table tennis and a large private outdoor pool. Around the pool there are 6 sundeck chairs for relaxation. The villa has been equipped with all the appliances you might need for a carefree vacation.

Booking conditions:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The deposit is not refundable. 
The following cancellation charges apply: 
-more than 35 days prior to villa 50% of total cost 
-34 days and less prior to villa 100% of total cost. 
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
